En octubre pasado Evan Blass lo adelantó, Alcatel estaba desarrollando su nueva línea de móviles para competir en 2018. Esto no es nada nuevo pues cada año sucede lo mismo, pero lo que llamó la atención del ecosistema tecnológico es la presencia del Alcatel 5, su próximo estandarte.
Como muchas compañías ya han hecho, Alcatel quiere abrazar la tendencia de marcos pequeños y sería este móvil el que daría el gran salto. Este jueves Blass vuelve a hacer lo suyo y comparte una imagen que, según él, confirma de manera definitiva el diseño del Alcatel 5, próximo estandarte de la compañía.
Una apuesta un tanto diferente
A diferencia del Mi Mix 2 de Xiaomi, cuyo diseño prescinde de marco superior y en el inferior es donde hay un pequeño espacio para sensores y cámara, el Alcatel 5 tiene un muy pequeño marco inferior, pero un superior un tanto más llamativo en donde se aloja la cámara y demás componentes.
Más allá de esto, otro detalle que podemos rescatar es la presencia del sensor de huellas en la parte trasera sobre la cual descansa la cámara, y ambas sobre un acabado metálico. Blass no revela detalles técnicos, pero posiblemente pronto tengamos más detalles.
Otro detalle interesante es que prácticamente ya sabemos cuándo será su presentación, el 26 de febrero en el marco del Mobile World Congres. ¿Cómo sabemos eso? Basta con fijarse en la fecha que se muestra en la parte inferior de la pantalla. Este tipo de detalles ocultos suelen ser acertados.
Finalmente, teniendo en cuenta que hace apenas algunas semanas Alcatel presentó un par de equipos en nuestro país a modo de cierre de año, es casi seguro que veremos llegar este equipo. Además, México es un mercado muy fructífero la compañía, otra razón para especular sobre su posible llegada en meses posteriores.
